We provide tree related skills training and consultancy to individuals, companies, local authorities, parish councils, schools, colleges and community groups etc. We can tailor delivery to your particular needs and offer a friendly and flexible service.
Company Director, Paul Collins has worked in arboricultural and grounds maintenance training and education for over 30 years, 20 of which were at Plumpton College where he was Head of Department, designing and delivering teaching and learning from entry to degree level. He has also been responsible for writing syllabus units for City and Guilds and BTEC qualifications and has been involved with LANTRA in writing the National Occupational Standards for Coppice and Greenwood Trades.
Skills training provision includes: chainsaw skills (preparation for NPTC Certificates of Competence) in crosscutting maintenance, felling, tree climbing and aerial rescue, brushwood chippers, brushcutters, and hand tools.
Consultancy provision can include: Tree condition reports, tree surveys, felling licence applications, Tree Preservation Orders (appeals, reviews, permissions) BS.5837 surveys and reports, grounds maintenance reviews and recommendation reports, advice and guidance.
