Central Studio

Central Studio is the home base for Bea Alexander Pilates and Georgie McCulloch Reflexology.

Bea Alexander Pilates offer Pilates mat classes six days a week in the calm, studio room (max 12 people). You can also do private matwork and private studio work (a class with the large equipment Joe Pilates invented including the Reformer!)
Georgie McCulloch specialises in reflexology for fertility and pregnancy. She does do reflexology for all too as does her colleague Heidi. There is a lovely treatment room at Central Studio specifically for treatments.
The centre also offers massage, osteopathy, yoga, mindfulness and meditation classes. It is a place for wellness and change.
