Welcome to Caterpillar Music Carmarthen
My name is Abby Morgan and I’m a Caterpillar Music Class Leader. I have loved music from a very early age and have experience of it through school, County Choirs and being a member of Carmarthen Amateur Operatic Society for the past 19 years.
I have a degree in Drama and although my first love is singing I also play piano and clarinet. I also have a great love of dance and studied Ballet, Tap and Modern. I have experience of working in Early Years and Secondary Education and at present I am working two days a week at Queen Elizabeth High School in Canolfan Elfed Unit with children with profound and multiple learning difficulties.
I discovered Caterpillar Music when I went to a class with my sister-in-law and nephew who was 6 months old at the time. I thought it was a brilliant idea allowing children 0-4 years to experience music in a fun and relaxing atmosphere helping them to develop language, listening, counting and social skills as well as building their confidence and concentration by learning some favourite songs and nursery rhymes and making new friends.
Caterpillar Music classes are so much fun, not just for babies and toddlers, but for mums, dads, grandparents and carers too! Each week provides colourful puppets, stimulating percussion instruments, traditional nursery rhymes and fun action songs, based on themes including Down on the Farm, The Land Of Rainbows, Day at the Zoo, Favourite Colours, Animals In The Jungle and many more! Everyone can be a part of this exciting experience.
It Is Never Too Early To Start Having Fun At Caterpillar Music!!
