Accommodating 8 people very comfortably over 3 floors; it has 4 large double ensuite bedrooms 3 of which boast direct views of the Sea, balconies and walk-in dressing rooms.

The extensively equipped and vast kitchen & dining room also provides one of the best views on the South coast - your dinner is definitely going to go cold sat here!

The huge living room runs the length of the house, with a 56” Flat screen TV and large L-shaped sofa at one end and further sofas and seating at the other end giving spectacular views of the sea and Fowey on the other side of the Estuary. The open-planned space is brilliantly divided by a giant glass log burning stove giving an eye-catching centrepiece when not in use and doubling up to provide a warming fire during the Autumn and Winter months .

From the living room double French doors open outwards onto a terrace allowing the sea breeze and sunshine to flood in or maybe you’d prefer to sit out on the sun drenched patio and soak up the views or have a family BBQ and play Garden Games whilst watching the World float by...

..... and when you fancy dipping your toe in the Sea, grab a coffee or glass of wine and wander down the garden path to the gate, then take the gorgeous Oak steps down to the rocks and onto the beach beneath. Let the kids do a bit of crabbing whilst you sit and breathe in that therapeutic sea breeze.
