Welcome to Carol's Yummy Bakes.

My name is Carol Luscombe and I've over 20 years of cake decorating experience. I've always loved baking from an early age and first got into cake decorating in my late teens when I attended some sugarcraft courses. Since then, I've learnt new techniques from books and over the years developed my own unique style.

Over the summer of 2012, whilst in the middle of having a new kitchen fitted, I was inspired to turn my hobby into a home business. In November of that year I became registered with the local council and took my level 2 food safety and hygiene certificate.

I bake cakes and cookies for any occasion. From simple everyday cakes and cookies through to complete 3 tier wedding cakes with impressive sugar flower sprays.

In addition to my baking I also design and make cake decorations for my customers to use on their own home baked cakes and cookies.
