Caroline’s Dairy - ice cream from West Sussex

Our multi award-winning ice creams and sorbets are hand made on our working dairy farm in West Sussex. Since launching in 2008, we’ve come a long way but we still make our ice cream in exactly the same method – using only the milk from our cows at Chalder Farm. Our wonderful dairy team combine this with the best natural ingredients and locally produced fruit to make over 20 delicious flavours of ice cream and four refreshing sorbets so you’re bound to find a flavour that hits the spot!

Our herd of beautiful dairy cows graze on the water meadows of the RSPB Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve, producing rich creamy milk, which makes our luxury ice cream taste like no other.

Our ice cream comes with just one warning: This product causes human weakness!
