What is Reflexology?

The healing art of Reflexology is a treatment given to the feet, hands or face whereby reflex points, corresponding to areas within the body, are stimulated through skillful, precise pressure techniques and massage.

Reflexology can treat the whole body through the stimulation of certain reflex points located on the feet. I am able to help the body to heal itself by correcting any imbalances that can occur through illness, accident, disease or even lifestyle, correcting and maintaining the bodies natural equilibrium by restoring critical energy pathways that flow through the body, overcoming years of neglect and abuse. Stimulation to the reflex points encourages the body’s own energy system to restore, revitalise and remove stagnant energy, encouraging the body to heal itself in a natural way.

Reflexology massage can relieve pain and stiffness caused by too much exercising or old injuries. It can help prevent and cure many symptoms like for example: a headache, back pain, stress and migraine, but will also help with: infertility, arthritis, asthma, constipation, and sinusitis. The blood circulation system will be boosted.

What can you expect from a treatment?

Your first treatment includes a full, confidential health questionnaire to determine your very own treatment plan – this takes an additional fifteen minutes to your treatment time and is included within the price.
