We are an exciting new training company dedicated to training just care workers, no one else.

We have great experience in both the Care Sector and the Training Sector stretching back thirty years.

We have first hand experience of the pressures placed on Care Providers, including the burden of complying with continually changing training requirements.

We know that it is all too easy to do nothing for as long as possible, but the move towards a blame and sue culture means that compliance is no longer optional.

We have spent over 12 months compiling a programme which is both completely hassle free for you, and fully compliant.

It has been trialled in our sister care organisation which has just received an "Excellent" CQC rating.

We are based in the North West.
