Formerly known as At Your Home, and part of the national Country Court Care Group, Care At Your Home is a professional provider of care in the home for older people in Somerset and Lincolnshire.

We understand that choosing which care company should provide support for a loved one is one of the most important decisions facing a family.

Many of our clients have spent years caring for their loved relatives themselves before deciding to gain professional help, so they fully understand the need to select a company that values the respect and dignity of individuals and has the quality and flexibility to provide the precise support that each individual requires.

Our care workers come from a variety of backgrounds, all are selected because they are passionate about the work they do. Even the most experienced carers are required to attend Care At Your Home’s extensive training programme to ensure they achieve excellent standards across a number of general and specialist disciplines and are fully conversant with our core operating practices and values.

In addition, we conduct a programme of continuous professional development to allow our carers to continually develop their skills and specialisms.

We operate to the codes of practice as laid down by the General Social Care Council (England) and are inspected and licensed by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), our last inspection took place in May 2013.

Care At Your Home is a member of the UK Care Home Association (UKHCA).
