In today’s fast paced world, we often find it hard to make time for exercise. This is even more the case when we have a dog to look after; it is often a struggle to balance personal training with exercising a dog.

Canine Cardio is a new type of exercise class, where you can bring your dog along! Spend some quality time with your pooch, have fun and get fit all at the same time.

Classes are for all levels of fitness and all dogs are welcome. Using a circuit of fun, positive activities, you will be encouraged to work with your dog as a team. Not only does this help you form a stronger bond with your pet, it also stimulates your dog both physical and mentally, thereby reducing behavioural problems.

Always check with your dog’s vet before you embark on a new fitness regime to make sure there are no underlying health issues that could affect your pet. Like humans, dogs need to build up their fitness gradually.

What to bring:
Please wear trainers and loose clothes. You will need a non-retractable dog lead and a waist belt, if you have one. Bowls of fresh water will be available for your pooch.

Classes last approximately 45 minutes.
