We are Lessy and Oscar, we suggested to our parents that the word on the doggy grapevine was that hiring a Motorhome is not always affordable to humans and not all of the companies out there allow dogs to come along, we are both rescue dogs and the thought of staying in kennels or being apart from our Mummy & Daddy who are called Lynn & Nigel fills us with dread so they got Benni a 6 berth Motorhome just so we could all be together on holidays whether in the Uk or abroad, we have pet passports and we have travelled land and sea, it’s so relaxing and ever so much fun, Mum & Dad can stop for tea in the van, boil the kettle, make some fresh sandwiches or hot food on the gas hob, sometimes they get tired of driving and have a lay down on the bed, we love it as we can sleep the whole journey or we can stare out of the large windows and try to guess where we will end up.

Hi !
I’m Lessy, I love the space and the freedom that Benni the Motorhome offers. I can sleep comfortably on my blanket on the spacious seating area, I can stare longingly at the fields and woods we pass by out of the large windows, I can get up and stretch my old stiff legs and most importantly I can eat my food and drink from my water bowl all while we are still moving along. I am well known for rolling in delicious things that my parents strangely call disgusting and they love that Benni has an outdoor shower to wash me off with – I myself prefer to be smelly and muddy but they insist I do not enter Benni fragranced with Fox doo doo ! According to my parents I am “a thunderbolt, cumbersome and a wee bit crazy”. I love visiting Glastonbury the most and running up to The Tor – I am always first to the top and the views are stunning. When we pull up at places I love to sit in the front seat, observe the area and assess where I am, ie: have I been here before and if not where are the rabbits located.

Hey !
I am Oscar I like to bark at anyone and everything that passes by Benni, I love the open road and the unknown, I am a brave travelling warrior and I will go anywhere rain or shine, we go wild camping and my favourite thing is an open fire in the middle of nowhere so I can howl at the moon and express myself. I love to go crazy at everyone in a petrol station as I detest the smell of fuel and like to think Motorhomes run on Fairy dust. I am a little bit different and according to my parents I am “lightning - a highly intelligent, proud little chap” this personality of mine causes me to get into a wee bit of trouble on occasions but generally I am pretty well behaved. My favourite destination is Avebury Stone Circles as I am very interested in my Ancestral roots and because I believe in Magic, I like to think of myself as somewhat of a Doggy Wizard. I love travelling in Benni as sometimes Mum let’s me sit on her lap but not when she is driving so I sit on Dad’s lap instead, I like to sneak into the bed with them at night, but sometimes they sleep on the top over the cab and I can’t bounce up that high ! Don’t tell Mum & Dad but I also like to surf on the dining table and have slid off few times and banged my head so I don’t recommend your pets or kids do the same ! Lessy tried to get on the table once and nearly snapped it in half but then she is a bit of a lump weighing in a hefty 3 stone plus…..
