Camelot Play Castle

Camelot Play Castle is a family run local business, which prides itself in offering a personal service. Located close to the town centre of Rotherham and easily accessible by all modes of transport; Camelot is based in a former church building, and is full of character.

Our play area is recommended for children aged between 2 and 12 years. Camelot also has a height restriction of 1.45m (4ft 9in). A special play area is also designated for children ages 3 years and below, with age appropriate toys and books. Long sleeved tops and trousers are recommended to play at Camelot, and socks are a must!

Camelot is open from 9.15am until 3pm Monday to Friday for general play and fun! It is only £2.50 to play all day during term time and only £3.50 during school holidays. During busy times play may be limited to 2 hours.

During term times we host activities every day.

On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday we have toddler dance from 10.30 to 11.30 followed by arts and craft until 2.30pm.

On Thursday and Friday we have baking sessions from 10.30 to 11.30 for an additional 50p followed by arts and crafts until 2.30pm.


Camelot also hosts birthday parties on weekdays at 4 to 5.30 and 5.45 to 7.15pm and all day on Saturdays and Sundays at 9.45 to 11.15, 11.45 to 1.15, 1.45 to 3.15, 3.45 to 5.15 and 5.45 to 7.15

Parties are fully exclusive, which means that nobody else will be playing whilst your party is taking place. Parties are only £119 for up to 20 children Monday to Thursday and only £119 for up to 15 children Friday to Sunday and bank holidays (additional children are £6 a head). Included in the price is the use of the play equipment, unlimited jugs of squash, hot party food, party bags, dressing up, entertainment and party games. All you need to do is bring the cake.

You can have 'Oz' our friendly dragon make an appearance for just £10 extra or a face painter for only £35.
