Hi I'm Dave, this is my story. After several years of a happy marriage I found that the weight had just piled on. I was looking in the mirror thinking I looked ok, until I saw pictures of a night out and realised something had to change. Shortly after, something did change, my wife wanted a divorce. So, after a messy divorce and a lot of stress I lost 4 stone, the wrong way, but loved the new me. A few years later I found myself back at my biggest, struggling to keep up with the kids and getting out of breath going up stairs to bed. I wanted to lose weight again but properly. I tried cutting down and hitting the gym but I was very self conscious, and all the fit gym bods were very off putting, I ended up paying for months of gym when I just wasn't going. That's when I found Cambridge. I lost a stone in my first week and carried on with good losses until I hit my goal. I've been maintaining for about a year and now I want to help as many people as I can lose weight the right way.
