We both used Cambridge Weight Plan for different reasons; Lynsey lost 5 stone in 5 months* and dropped 5 dress sizes after being obese for over half her life and Colin 17lbs in 6 weeks* and dropped 2 trouser sizes to shift stubborn fat that no exercise was going to shift.
