Now a little about us-

Jade - "After having my 2 children I put on weight, I went from a size 8 to a size 16. I decided two years after my second child and many many different diets, that enough was enough! So I started my Cambridge Weight Plan journey. I now have more confidence, I am fitter for my children and I can wear the clothes I want to wear."

Eleanor - "I have always had a small frame but after meeting my partner and a change of lifestyle including very many meals out, I put on some weight. To me, the weight I put on totally changed my confidence. I wasn't comfortable in any of my clothes and my jeans were very tight. After seeing my daughter's (Jades) progress I decided to give Cambridge Weight Plan a try. After only a short time I have achieved my goal and I have now maintained this for quite some time!"
