Cambridge Summer Basketball

I've been given the task of recruiting new players for next season, and to help generate interest and enthusiasm over the summer months. I’ve booked the Cambridge University sport facility throughout the summer, with the aim of running scrimmage sessions throughout the off season. The sport centre is brand new and an excellent venue (click here to check it out), it should provide us with a good environment for new / untapped talent to make them selves known, as well as allowing existing players to stay sharp and conditioned ready for next year.

The sessions will be continuous 5-on-5 games, every Wednesday at 8pm-10pm (so plenty of calories to be burned)! Scrimmages are open to any players who are interested, regardless of existing team or university commitments, so please feel free to recommend to anyone you think may be suitable.

The cost of each session is £5.00, paid in cash on the day. doodle registration for the sessions, and will issue to everyone every 2 weeks. This will allow you to sign up to sessions you are committed to attend. Each session has a maximum of 20 players in order to run efficiently. Registration is a first come, first served basis.
