What we do.
First you must LIKE and SHARE this page (to get the property updates)
1. We highlight property that is new to the market that we believe has investment potential (location, renovation, attached land)
2. We upload the property to our Facebook page with images, property value, costs of purchase/sale, renovation costs and most importantly sale value and return of investment.
3. Our group members then express interest by commenting on the property with a value they would like to invest (or privately message us).
4. Investments start at £1,000 (nothing is paid out until the property is fully subscribed and individuals have signed contracts for investment-to protect the group)
5. We over subscribe each property by 5% to allow for additional cost, property value increases, investors standing down.
6. When the property has full subscription we visit the property and update a now private page for the investors of the property.
7. We also provide quotes for legal documentation, stamp duty and quotes from builders for renovation.
8. On group satisfaction we issue all investors with specific contracts based on the property and the level of investment (a cover contract can be made available before hand for investors to view).
9. We make an offer on the property (we aim to complete the whole cycle in 24 hours).
10. All documentation is available to all investors 24/7, daily updates on renovations, live valuations from national and independent estate agents.

Each investor with £1,000 investment would get back £1,169 (17% in 3 months) if the investor then reinvested 4 times in the year they would see a return of £676 per year (that's 68% interest.....interesting)

Although every investment has a risk attached, property in Cambridge is very stable more so than say Northern Rock.
