Ive worked with clients of all fitness levels, abilities and ages to help improve their health and fitness. During my time working as a personal trainer, to name a few, I have worked with miss England 2014/15 to help progress through the sports round of miss world competition, I have helped clients to run half marathons, improve on their weight training and help to lose weight and to be better their sporting performance. I passionately believe in working with clients to make lifestyle changes and showing ways that you can live a more active, healthy and happy lifestyle.
