Welcome!

As a Sports Massage Therapist with 1,000+ hours practical experience, my background as a professional ballet dancer allows for a deeper understanding of both traumatic and overuse injuries, as well as an appreciation of the body in peak form. I have worked on-site at a fitness centre, yoga and dance studios, as part of a larger spa company and as an independent therapist.

Originally from Georgia, USA, I trained in ballet from a young age and continued through university, receiving my BA (Hons) in Theatre Dance from London Studio Centre. I then completed my VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy from St Mary’s College of University of Surrey. Moving back to the US, I continued my professional ballet career while also building my massage therapy business. Many of my clients were professional dancers, but I also regularly worked with marathon runners, cyclists, squash and tennis pros, serious athletes on the amateur level and non-sports people who encounter equally frustrating muscular problems in the workplace. I also worked with a range of ages, from 13-73, and achieved a 90% rebooking rate. During my time in the US I was a member in good standing of Associated Bodywork and Massage Therapists, and held licenses in both Georgia and Pennsylvania.
