Gary Byng and Sons Ltd, the owners of the Byng Joinery brand, started trading in the Midlands in 1999. We are a team of skilled joiners creating authentic bespoke joinery including traditionally made box sash windows, casement windows and custom made staircases. We are happy to undertake projects of any size.

Our traditional box sash window range comes with single, double or triple glazed units whilst maintaining a 135mm deep box. The windows are made from a choice of hard or soft wood and are completely finished to any R.A.L colour.

We use the traditional method of weights and pulleys for our box sash windows and provide a 10 year warranty. Our range of casement windows can be produced with either inward or outward openings and a choice of either storm proof or flush casements, these also carry a warranty of 10 years.

Another line that we produce is custom made staircases from either pine or oak. We manufacture high quality staircases designed to meet the exact requirements of your room, be it a tight space or the centre of a grand living room.

Solid oak staircases are very popular at the moment because of the beauty of the timber and its durability. We can produce a variety of styles of staircases, including straight flights, kite winders, open treads and bullnose steps. We also design and manufactuer space saver staircases ideal for loft conversions, cellar and garage extensions.

We offer flat pack kits for self-assembly or fully assembled staircases ready for installation. Every staircase is made to measure to your requirements.
