Welcome to Buzz Gym, Swindon. Located in the Brunel Centre in the heart of Swindon, Buzz Gym offers a state of the art gym facility complete with luxury showers and changing rooms with ghd stylers and hairdryers.

Buzz Gym has dedicated fitness zones:

Challenge Zone

Functional training with an edge. The Challenge Zone contains training rigs, sprint tracks, sleds and tyres. Friendly competition is encouraged. Challenge your friends to a 10m sprint or a sled push.

Strength Zone

Our large strength zone comes with Olympic platforms, racks, dumbbells up to 60kg and plate loaded equipment. Plenty of equipment and space ensures fantastic availability of equipment.

Resistance Zone

Great for beginners, the Resistance Zone contains easy to use resistance machines for working individual body parts and cable stations for more flexible resistance training moves.

Cardio Zone

A large area full of cardiovascular equipment including Treadmills with integrated TVs, Climbmills, Cycles, and Elliptical machines plus the Boxing Zone! Centre stage is the Buzz DJ Platform where on Club Nights our DJs take over to make those cardio sessions extra special.

Classes

With two studios our superior class offering includes extraordinary classes taught by our amazing trainers and some of the areas finest external studio instructors which include Spin, Pump, Yoga, Pilates and Zumba and here is the Buzz – they are all FREE!

All of this alongside a fresh, funky atmosphere we are loved by gym novices and the more advanced gym users.
