Business by Process

The Business by Process system was created as a method to remove the stress and frustration often found in small to medium sized business and provide a system for continuous improvement, growth and profit.

Having spent nearly two decades hands-on running a precision engineering business, I lived these problems on a daily basis. Looking for growth, whilst managing the day to day was a constant battle. I often got to the end of the day and wondered what I had accomplished? To do lists not ticked off, projects left not started & driving home late. I remember thinking ,'I'm just missing a piece of the puzzle to break through to the next level'.

Having sold my business, I had time to later reflect on the problems I faced. The more I reflected, the more I researched until I had my aha! moment of clarity. This discovery led me to being driven to help business leaders face those same pressures. I created the Business by Process system as a method for business owners to be more, to be released, achieve their goals and see their companies flourish.

The system combines proven industry tools with the latest processes for delivering great results. At the heart of the system is a change to the mindset of the owner. Then armed with the tools they can create both growth and freedom.

The system is simple but requires effort. Effort now which will provide heaps of reward later. These tools are used daily by successful companies, they are the basic building blocks for there success. So simple it may feel obvious but like me you just can't quite see it.

We support clients with coaching and mentoring to help them stick with the changes. Remember I've been there and I know how hard it can be to make change.

The system will automate and standardise the daily routines whilst also driving continuous improvement.
