The holiday house is completely self contained and separate from the farmyard although it is on the same plot of land.

The House is on a smallholiding. At different times of the year there are different animals in the fields on farm yard. We have a few cows, calf all year round and they are brought back to us so that we can regularly check on them. The cows we have are dexters, they are much smaller than, the cows you may have seem in fields, they have really short legs. Sometimes the mothers reject their calfs and we have to hand rear them. They will have a bottle twice a day, this sometimes happens with the lambs too. We have chickens all year round. If you are interested in the animals, feel free to come and say hello and we will show you them.

So whether your interested in the animals or not, they won't be distrubing your stay.

YOU WILL BE GREETED WITH A WARM WELCOME AND THEN YOU WON'T SEE US AGAIN, UNLESS YOU WANT TO, OR YOU'VE FORGOTTEN SOMETHING OR NEED SOME FURTHER INFORMATION, AS WE ARE JUST AROUND THE CORNER AND ALWAYS HAPPY TO HELP. WE WANT EVERTHING TO BE PERFECT FOR YOUR STAY, SO DON'T BE WORRIED TO ASK.

The House is south facing and gets the sun right into early evening and has a large fenced, secure garden, with a large patio area. A bbq is provided, you'll need to bring some charcoal. In the garden there is a 12ft shed for your use, spare tables and chairs are in there, if you are bringing bikes you can lock them in there. There is a large kitchen/Dinning Room with table and seating for 12. Adjoining the Kitchen is the utility room, there is a large tall fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher and washing machine off of the uitility room is the downstairs toilet.

Everything you need for cooking and dinning is provide, just bring your food and drink.

The lounge has three extra large sofas, a 42inch tv, with freesat+, understairs cloakroom, coffee tables and double patio doors which open onto the patio area.

Upstairs on the first floor there are three bedrooms, the masterbed has a kingsize bed, bedside tables and lamps, a chest of drawer, dressing table and double wardrobe. It has an ensuite with a sink, bath, toilet and shower.

The next bedroom has two single 3ft beds, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

The next room is the main bathroom it has a sink, toliet and bath with shower over it.

The next room is the third bedroom it has a kingsize bed, bedside table with lamp, dressing table and wardrobe.

Up a further set of stairs are three further bedrooms.

Bedroom 4 has a double bed, bedside tables and lamp and wardrobe.

Bedroom 5 has two single 3ft beds, bedside table and lamp, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

Bedroom 6 has a kingsize bed with bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

All the bedrooms have plenty of space in them, any one could easily accommodate 1 or more cots.
