Our team encompasses a dynamic mix of sports and design backgrounds including;
Graduates of Loughborough University in Sport & Exercise Science and graduates in Industrial Design from Central Saint Martins - University of the Arts, two renowned institutes in their respective fields.

We hold Strength and Conditioning specific qualifications including CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, CrossFit Endurance, CrossFit Gymnastics, CrossFit Running as well as Pose Running and BAWLA Weightlifting, so when it comes to training, designing and manufacturing equipment, we know what works and more importantly what doesn't.

With our in-house facilities, we design and manufacture strength and conditioning equipment for CrossFit® Affiliates, Elite Performance Sport Centres and Armed Services in particular.

We aim to be at the forefront of strength and conditioning innovation, so whether you are an individual or large gym owner we can accommodate all ends of the functional training spectrum.
