Buggy Boot Camp is a post-pregnancy exercise class for mums with children aged 0-4 years. It is circuit-based and utilises boxercise and various equipment to give a head-to-toe workout specifically designed to get, and keep, new mums in good shape. Classes are designed and instructed by a friendly, professional Personal Trainer. Little ones watch activity from their buggies, stay close to mother or play around the venue (very amusing!) then have a crawl and/ or play during the 30 minute coffee and social time after 1 hour exercise. Also gives the mums a chance to make new friends and pick the instructors' brain regarding nutrition and anything else to do with general health and fitness.
All classes held in comfortable indoor venues with baby changing and tea/coffee facilities. Free parking.
