What is Kids Boot Camp?

At Brownes Boot Camp we have now put together a programme for children aging (6-18 years old) We offer the service during the school holidays. Before, during and after school clubs also weekends.

What will we offer the kids?

There will be a mixture of training exercises which will include: press ups, circuit based training, tyres, team games, fun games, boxing training, body weight exercise, stretching techniques, brain training (to keep them focused), tug of war competitions and running races. They will come out of the class feeling as though they have worked hard and feel disciplined. We will teach them the basics of fitness and how to get into shape and maintain it at a young age.

We also do Kids indoor and outdoor parties involving assault courses, boot camp and competitions. We like to make there experience more fun/memorable by painting there faces in camouflage colors, dressing them up into army clothes or a chosen character theme if required.
