Brookmans Bathrooms is not a traditional bathroom showroom.
We like to think of ourselves as more of a design studio. Whether its a new bathroom, wet room, cloakroom or shower you are after we try to ensure your experience is a painless as possible from the first conversation to the final installation.
We value on site contact with our customers and projects and so chose to break the boundaries of a traditional showroom. Please call us prior to making a special trip as we may be on site with customers.
In reality the first step to a new bathroom or shower room is the home survey and design. This is where the journey begins. Traipsing around showrooms trying to identify not only what you like but what you need can be very unproductive. That's is where we step in, a 20 - 30 minute home consultation and survey means we can accurately gather your dimensions, identify with the space, discuss your wish list and your needs and gather a glimpse of your personal style in touches throughout your home. We take these away, assemble a plan with a suggested list of products based on our initial visit and provide your with out first draft quotation. We may in some instances offer you 3 or 4 layout options initially in which case we will send you all the options and ask that you pick one or two which we can price for you. We suggest everything from tiles through to lighting. This may be one of two or three drafts as we tweak to get the products and budget exactly right.
We will then project manage the job throughout the installation ensuring as stress free an experience as possible. You are then left with the difficult task of deciding on accent colours for your new towels! [though we will also help with that if needed].
