Britain's Strongest Woman is the top Strongwoman title in the UK, the one all strongwomen strive for, the best of the best!

The English qualifiers for Britain's Strongest Woman are run by 100% C.A. Strongman Promotions. It is the England Strong Woman Championship Events.

There are regional qualifiers for ESWC the top 5 from each weight class of these regional qualifiers go through to the final. It is then the top 6 from each weight class that qualify for Britain's Strongest Woman, along with nominations/invitations from Ireland, Wales and Scotland based on their own events - top 3 from each weight class.
