Brigg Kickboxing

Welcome to Brigg Kickboxing. My name is Rob Bird and I am a 2nd Dan Kickboxer. I am the Chief Instructor of Brigg Kickboxing.

I took the decision to open my own school when a fantastic opportunity arose.

I am fully insured by BTA and Wako, I also carry a Enhanced CRB and are willing to show these at anybodys' request.

My aim with the club is to promote health and fitness, self defence, discipline, self control, self respect and respect to others aswell as keeping it fun and interesting. For those that want it we will be entering competitions although this is not compulsory.

1st sessions are free, please come down and have a no obligation try out.
