Thank you for browsing my "About" page, before reading the main text below, I would like to point out that during the Summer of 2015, 7 girls that had approached me for modelling photo shoots, cancelled due to "Boyfriend / Husband" intervention, (with the girls only and not with me)

Before booking a meeting with me, please ensure that if you are going to tell your family and friends about your plans, that they are ok with it !.. if you are under 18 years, i must insist that parents / guardians are advised before we start making plans....parents / guardians are most welcome to join me at our meeting.

My intention with this page is to have a place where my potential clients can make bookings with me, occasionally after a photo-shoot my model may add photos to the're social media pages, if I am tagged in these photos they will appear on here, this gives you an opportunity of seeing my own style, and also that of the MUA's and hair stylists that I use on my photo shoots.
if you are a Model / MUA / Hair Stylist / Fashion Guru or even someone who is considering one or more of these roles, please send me a friend request as I love collaborating with other professionals on my photo-shoots.

is now giving me a great deal of work, I have decided to give it it's own Facebook pages, A portrait business needs clients old and new so I would like YOU to be my very next client.
So maybe you have thought about doing some modelling ?, perhaps you have friends that are always telling you that you should "give it a go, you'll be great" but you have just not taken that next step, well if you get in touch with me then we can take "little steps" together, we can arrange a meeting over Coffee where we can discuss every aspect of your photo-shoot, from date, time and location right through to your preferred genre, whether that be a simple location portrait shoot, or a Fashion / Swimwear Glamour / Boudoir shoot with your hair and make-up done by one of my friends within the industry. (I highly recommend Yasmin Whitelaw MUA)
during our meeting you will have the opportunity to ask me anything you like so we can both approach the shoot with a clear idea of what we want to achieve, a Q&A session if you like. after all it is YOUR photo-shoot !.

How much will this cost you , £££££££££££'s ?

Well I am VERY reasonable when it comes to pricing, however the more complex the shoot the higher the price as you would expect, also the price structure differs depending on how many other professionals are involved Hair / MUA / Room Rental (for Boudoir shoots, unless you provide the room). so please drop me a message with your requirements and I'll get back to you ASAP with a quote.

When all the photos have been processed, you will receive a CD of the best shots from your shoot, which will be ready for printing (I can do this for you to A3+ size 19" X 13" from my own Professional grade printer) you will also receive a copy of each photo that has been specially edited for viewing on the Internet (Social Media Pages etc..)
The location for your shoot....I do not have an indoor studio as I prefer to use the wonderful scenery that we have on the Isle Of Man, which I treat as "one big studio" anyway.... who wants to do a shoot against predictable white backgrounds shot after shot anyway ?. and all in what maybe intimidating or strange Surroundings for an in-experienced client..... not I, that is just one of the many reasons why I have a very reasonable price structure because I have no Rent / Heating / Water / Lighting costs, which would all make-up part of your fee. I do occasionally find time for TFP photo-shoots (Time For Print) and on those occasions no money is exchanged by you or me, you get all the photos from the shoot in return for giving me your time (2 hours) this is the most common way to kick off or add to a new portfolio, no business however can survive on "Freebies" (and this "is" a government registered business for me)

I'm not only looking to expand my personal portfolio via this page, but to work and connect with talented and driven individuals with whom I can collaborate on photographic projects. My photography work is mostly aimed at capturing real moments as they happen weather that be action packed sports or a portrait session with you, So, in other words, I believe in the power of a photograph. I believe in capturing You- all of you, your energy, and everything you're about.

My shooting style changes with the collaboration, the theme,the season, and the setting. For me, shooting the same backdrop over and over is plain boring. I challenge myself at our chosen location to get it right, getting what you want, and ABOVE ALL..... getting beautiful images of YOU.

This scheme is ours. Our work is "teamwork". and you (my client) will be an active participant in the artistic process, and your ideas and thoughts will carry weight with me, I believe a photographer of any standard needs

GOOD EYES AND GREAT EARS

I truly enjoy helping models build, rebuild, or add new photos to a portfolio. and while I enjoy paid shoots as much as anyone else, I also realize that TFCd / TFP is a must for portfolio development, and I take all shoots seriously
(ie: if you don't plan to show, don't plan a shoot, see the top of this text for recent news).
Perhaps you have a favourite photographer or style / genre.....let me know who it is and I will check them out, I spend a great deal of time planning my photo sessions and the more I can learn about what you like / don't like the better our time together will be

I am centrally (Glen Vine) located in the wonderful Isle Of Man, where I specialize in outdoor / location shoots of women.

Nearly 30 years experience in Photography from the Isle Of Man, I do commercial photo shoots of our fantastic Motorcycle road racing (TT / Southern 100 & Grand Prix/Classic festival, and I'm published in many magazines / newspapers and web based material both on the Island and around the world, I have had photographs displayed on Television in the UK and I have also done commercial work for the BBC / Motorcycle Dealerships / Racing clubs / Motorcycle magazines from around the world as well as household department stores, Gymnasiums, Tobacco companies, and Airlines.
I love to do Portraits of female clients / Swimwear / Fashion / Glamour / Catwalk / as well as Company functions / Product / in fact anything that is not a Wedding (respect to those that do !).
