Bowers Pork Butchers was established in 1920 in the City of Newcastle. From that moment Bowers have been serving the North East public with their traditionally prepared famous pork sausage, saveloy dips and home cooked gammon and pork joints.
From our 3 establishments we are still manufacturing and preparing our own range of delicious products to our own recipes that have stood the test of time.
We manufacture our products from our factory base in Westerhope where we also sell our full range of products and our extensive range of meat packs. Those same products are also sold in our city centre shops. From our famous sausages at the Pork Butchers at 1 Nun Street to a full English breakfast at our cafe & takeaway at 17 Grainger Street near Central Station.
We also do outside catering events and supply a number of wholesale customers with our delicious products.
