Bowen therapy was developed in Australia in the 1950's & brought to the Uk in the 1990's. It is a series of light rolling type moves targeted at anatomically specific area to provide a therapeutic effect which encourages the bodies own healing resources aiming to restore balance. It is unique to other therapies & does not use forceful manipulation. It is suitable for all, starting from babies with colic and digestive issues through to ages and abilities.
