Borderline was formed in 1990 to support homeless and insecurely housed Scots in London, continuing the work of its predecessor, The Church of Scotland London Advisory Service (COSLAS).
Our aim is to help vulnerable Scots in London to establish a secure tenancy and lead a healthy, independent life. We offer a range of services providing information, advice and advocacy, birth certificates for identification purposes, accommodation and referrals to specialist projects, and an outreach worker service.
With your support, we can continue to prevent rough sleeping and help those Scots in London who face particularly challenging circumstances relating to alcohol/drug misuse, mental illness and/or physical health issues.
