These Bootcamps will be fun and varied, working on your fitness using various traditional and also functional bodyweight exercises and using equipment such as kettlebells, battle ropes, bands and weighted bags and using We will vary the workouts throughout the week structured so you will be getting a good balance of exercises for your body.
