We are the area's only fully independent 'Adult only' gym, we specialize in bodybuilding, weightlifting, conditioning (weight loss included) and strength. (members must be aged around 18 years old)
We can help you with all your goals, including competition training, losing weight, increasing strength or just training for training's sake
We do not charge joining fees, and all payments are made on a pay as you train basis.
We do not tie clients to a contract or credit agreements.

Training and diet routines are available free of charge, and can be tailored to your needs. Personalized plans are chargeable, however general advice is free to members.
We have a range of supplements and protein available to buy from the gym, with several drinks also available.
