I have been a trainer for over 12 years and during that time I have fallen out of and back in love with the fitness industry. I was disillusioned with the antiquated approaches to health and fitness on the island, so I chose to leave it. I fell into that all too familiar mire of not training, became unconditioned and overweight, but then all that changed when I decided that this situation was unacceptable on all counts.
