Bodypro personal training studio was set up in 2004 to combine exercise, nutrition and motivational coaching within a unique private environment. Over the years we have built up a dedicated team of excellent personal trainers who are committed to help clients be the best they can be. The training space has been cleverly designed featuring different training zones to offer a fluid workout experience. A large mirror adds an extra dimension to our state of the art gym.

The equipment is all up to date with what is developing in the industry to give you variation to your training. Rest assured that we focus on what you want to achieve using the latest research; we get you to that point safely and efficiently but in a fun relaxed yet challenging manner.

Being open 7 days a week offers maximum flexibility allowing you to incorporate regular training into your lifestyle.
