As well as a qualified Sports & Remedial Therapist, I am a qualified Personal Trainer so I can help improve your health, fitness, nutrition and overall well-being whilst working with your injury.
I have been trained and fully understand that everyone's needs and goals are different and that's why you will get a bespoke programme, one-to-one monitoring and encouragement with the added benefits of fine-tuning as and when it's required.
