BodyAct is run by Eve & Leen...

Happy Fourty-somes and best friends. We met at the school gates - as you do when you have children - and we cemented our friendship after a great skiing holiday with our families. We always said "We have to do something together". Fast forward 7 years and we set up BodyAct, a personal training company that is... just different.
Not only do we train with you, we also tell you what we do and why. Nutrition advice is a crucial element to our training approach.
We like a good laugh - and a drink - but we will work you hard to achieve what you have set yourself out to do.
