Rebecca Hampson offers studio space within a unique setting which offers a range of services aimed at enhancing an individual’s confidence, self-esteem and fitness. The initial service we will provide will be a pole fitness class which incorporates the art of pole fitness with relaxation and yoga techniques.
We plan to offer up to four evening classes per week, of up to 1 hour per class, for a maximum of eight people per session to enable us to work intensively with each individual to assist them to reach their optimal potential.
In addition to the evening classes we will be offering weekend workshops which will be themed and will allow people to meet, socialise and enjoy a class which will include pole fitness and Aerial hoop.
