Body Aware Fitness Classes are run by Chris Donoghue who has been teaching within the fitness industry for over 15 years. She teaches a variety of training styles but specialises in mind and body sessions that bring a sense of awareness for the correct alignment and intensity of performance leading to safe effective training.
Chris has been delivering and assessing fitness instructor training courses for over 15 years with many training providers including Chichester University and Fitness Inspired Teacher Training where she is joint director.
At present, she runs Pilates classes at Art of Dance and Fitness, South Bersted and at St Ninians Church Hall, Pagham.
