Blue Dolphin Reiki and Naturopathy

Reiki is a Japanese technique that helps with stress reduction and relaxation and to promote healing. It is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing for everyone that provides:

After treatment, my clients feel relaxed, and at peace with a sense of well-being.

I administer Reiki through the ‘laying on hands’ which is based on the idea that an unseen ‘life force energy’ flows through us.

I bring a portable treatment table and relaxing music which are both optional to use.

The session is about an hour long or longer if it is a new experience, leaving time to discuss Reiki and client's needs.
