At Blue Butterfly Health we offer you flexible one to one sessions combining various therapies to help you release what is no longer serving you. Our aim is to improve your overall physical & emotional health and well-being.

Sessions can help with physical ailments, aches & pains, stress, depression, anxiety, exhaustion, insomnia, improving your posture, self-destructive patterns and other issues.

We also offer small intimate classes in Yoga, Relaxation & Gong Sound Therapy, private one to one Yoga or Therapy Sessions, Retreats and Workshops.
