Blossoming Bumps to Babies is run by Karen Marshall, a highly experienced, fully qualified, fully insured and regulated nurse and midwife. She has further trained to teach pregnancy yoga and KG Hypnnobirthing.

Private midwifery- A private midwife (or independent midwife) is a experienced midwife who has decided to leave the NHS. They provide care alongside that received from the NHS to enhance a woman's experience of pregnancy and birth. Karen provides an antenatal care package tailored to meet your needs. During birth, Karen can support you with your birth at home or work alongside a NHS midwife in your chosen hospital.

Pregnancy Yoga- Classes are provided in a safe, nurturing environment by a teacher who has trained in teaching yoga to pregnant women. Whilst the aim of the course is for mummies to practise yoga techniques - poses and breathing exercises to embrace the changes in your bodies, it will provide you with a social network of other mummies in your local area. Each class will end with a restorative relaxation which will provide you with a space to relax both your body and mind and enhance the bond between you and your growing baby. The sessions are a gentle variation of yoga and are suitable from 14 weeks pregnant through until baby's arrival.

KG Hypnobirthing- KG Hypnobirthing is a complete antenatal educational programme tailored towards helping mums and their birth partners reduce the fear of childbirth. You will be taught self-hypnosis, breathing and calming techniques to empower you to give birth more gently, calmly and in greater comfort.
In addition to this, you will be provided with with the information you require about various subjects in order to ensure that you are fully empowered to be actively involved in any decision that is required during your journey into parenthood. Sessions are available for small groups or one to one in the comfort of your own home or local venue. Courses involve 6 x 2 hour sessions and are priced at £360. This includes the cost of the course materials.
