Welcome to the Blighty Commonwealth of Cafes - founded in 1944 by RAF fighter pilot and war hero, Capt Roy Bevans.
Blighty's mission is to make the world a better place by celebrating and improving the relationships between the people and nations of the 52 members of the commonwealth.
Blighty UK Cafe is our founding cafe located in Finsbury Park, London.
We are on a mission to create the 52 cafes of the Blighty commonwealth of cafes - each cafe representing the culture, cuisine and coffee of a member of the commonwealth eg UK, India, Kenya etc........
We are still famous for our full English offerings - we are the home of the Winston (full English), Gandhi (vegan full English) and Clementine (veg full English).
Our speciality coffee is sourced from commonwealth countries such as Tanzania, Kenya, Papua New Guinea, India and Rwanda.
We are also home to Blighty arts/workspace - a co working spot for freelancers and small businesses.
