Blake UK

Formed in 1971 Blake UK has grown to be the largest manufacturer/supplier to the Television aerial and related industries in the UK. It is located in Sheffield in units of over 40,000 sq feet in total. Formed primarily as a manufacturer of TV aerials for supply to the local area it has grown to be a manufacturer and importer of aerials, electronics and components for all RF applications as well as maintaining its core business of supplying the TV aerial market. Blake UK acquired Jaybeam Domestic in 1990 and Rydale Engineering in 1996 to enhance the company's portfolio, as part of its strategy to move from being a local manufacturer to becoming the dominant UK manufacturer/supplier to the TV aerial and related industries.
Where applicable Blake UK continues to manufacture its own products at its UK base. Where not it imports a range of high quality UK in house designed components from its overseas manufacturing partners. This ensures that Blake UK retains the ability to provide flexible bespoke solutions to problems as well as remaining efficient and competitively priced within the market place.

Company Name – Blake Aerials becomes Blake UK.

In recognition of the fact that increasing amounts of Blake product being produced was no longer solely based around the aerial installation industry, in June 2002 the Company changed its name from Blake Aerials to Blake UK. The name may have changed but the philosophy remains the same - whether the customer is international or local, it is always Blake's intention to supply the customer with what they want when they want it.
