This is about bringing together like-minded souls; to leave the roads, the pavements, and the running tracks behind, and to follow the loosely defined pathways through the woods and the rivers and the streams, up and over the hills, across the valleys, led only by freedom and the quiet rhythm of our feet, to take in the beauty of nature, witness the changing feel of soil underfoot, the changing light of day and night, the changing feel of the seasons, to fill lungs with clean fresh-air, and simply to immerse in the primal pleasure of running in the raw beauty of nature.
