BKW PAYMENT PLAN RULES 2015

ALL CUSTOMERS MUST AGREE TO THESE TERMS BEFORE PLANS CAN START.

1. To set up a BKW payment plan all you need to do is private message a list of all items (including prices) of what you would like to add to you plan along with the day/date you wish to start payments. If the items are needed for Xmas the last payment date is13th November 2015 (vouchers 30th October cut off date). We can then give you your weekly, fortnightly or monthly payment amount, whichever suits you. Payment methods are paypal, secure credit/debit card or bank transfer/standing order. All payment options are traceable and we will confirm we have your payment via facebook message. Plans for separate celebrations need to be created separately so for example Christmas and Birthday will require a plan each.

2. We do understand on occasions payments may be a day or two late. We can also allow customers to miss a week and pay double the week after. If you are in difficulty in any way with payment you MUST message us as we cannot constantly chase payments.

3. ANY CUSTOMER WHO MISSES PAYMENTS FOR 3 CONSECUTIVE WEEKS WILL RESULT IN THEIR PLANS BEING CANCELLED AND 50% OF THEIR PLAN FUNDS HELD AS AN ADMINISTRATION COST. NO REMINDER MESSAGES WILL BE SENT.

4. All items will be ordered and dispatched from supplier once final payment is received. Any Xmas plans not completed by 13th November 2015 (or 30th October for vouchers) will NOT be ordered and dispatched until after the new year. Any items with large value or great size that are given specific delivery dates will be inboxed to each customer. Delivery dates can range from next day delivery to 4 week delivery, we aim to provide as much information to customers as we can.

5. Once the first payment has been made and the plan has been activated, items can not be cancelled off the plan so please be 100% sure which items you want on your plan. We are happy to swap items but please try and limit this as it takes a lot of time to change and re calculate payments. Items can be added to at any time. Throughout the year new toys, tablets, consoles and televisions will be added to the page which can be added to your plan at any time. Any requests for specific toys please message us and we will see what we can do.

6. If for any reason you want to cancel the plan, the first payment made and 10% of every £100 spent (not currently paid off or into plan) will be lost. If you choose the 'save and spend' option whereby you save a certain amount with us every week/month and then choose items at a later date you will lose 25% of savings if cancelled.

7. All items are subject to availability, for any items out of stock you will be given the option of choosing something else for the equivalent amount. We will of course do our up most to provide the items you want.

8. Items can only be returned if damaged or faulty. This can occasionally happen as like any store or in transit. If this does happen you will have 14 days to contact and return to us. We will then arrange a replacement. Unwanted items will not be accepted to return. Customers are required to check all items are in good working order as soon as they are received as we will not be held liable after the 14 day period.

9. All prices include delivery, however on occasion a small extra fee may be payable upon completed plan, we do try to avoid this but if this is the case we will notify you as soon as possible.
