Grand East Anglia Run

The Asda Foundation GEAR is an exact 10 kilometres (6.2 miles). It is a one lap course around the centre of King’s Lynn. The course is on paths and roads, flat and fast, starting and finishing in the town’s historic Tuesday Market Place. Drink stations are provided at 5k, 7.5k and at the finish.

There is also a Bespak Mini GEAR Fun Run of 1.2 miles and for veteran runners (35+) this year sees the addition of the EVAC Championships.
