Berry Park

Richard and I first set eyes on Berry Park in July 2015. After ten years of dreaming about and searching for a holiday cottage business, we knew we had found 'the one' as soon as we turned into Berry Park's leafy drive. Even Jacob, our eleven year old son, reluctant to leave home and friends behind in Suffolk, was impressed!

Berry Park is a very special place and we feel privileged to live here. The house is warm, spacious, and abounding in charm and character. The setting is remarkably beautiful, with gardens and fields looking out onto views of the sea, Marsland Valley and grassy hillsides.

The beauty of Berry Park constantly reconfirms my decision to retire from a career I enjoyed as a Specialist Teacher, working with pupils with Specific Learning Difficulties. Richard is an artist; a past student of The Slade. He is looking forward to the Devon countryside impacting on his work. And Jacob has just started secondary school at Budehaven Community School.
